Support from friends and members is crucial to the mission of Bethany Lutheran Church which is recognized under Section 501 (C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

- Setup Direct Deposit using the following Vanco Authorization form and instructions (VancoAutherizationForm.pdf | VancoFormInstructions.pdf) which will ask for your banking information and donation instructions. Please submit completed form to the church office. This method incurs fewer fees than using your smartphone.

Additional methods to help out:
- Consider Tax advantaged donations by doing Qualified Charitable distribution (QMD) from your IRAs or 401K.
- Direct Your Thrivent Choice Dollars to Bethany Lutheran Ishpeming. If you are eligible for Choice Dollars, you can direct them to an enrolled nonprofit or church of your choice before March 31st of each year. - Thrivent Action Teams, Members of Thrivent and Associate Members may apply each year for up to two $250.00 grants to do something that brings people together and does something good. Any individual can become an associate member for a $25.00 annual fee. Associate members may request Thrivent Action Team events once a year. Thrivent members may ask for up to two events a year. - Name Bethany Lutheran as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, or as a residual beneficiary of a personal retirement plan.
- Include Bethany Lutheran in your will or other estate plans.
- Make a deferred gift or a planned gift. You can arrange a deferred payment gift annuity or a charitable remainder trust by using a company/foundation chosen by the donor.
